Speaker to regular phone call person can no longer hear me.

When switching between speaker and regular phone call the other person can no longer hear me.

Can you hear them?

Do you have one or more paired Bluetooth devices? If so, is it / one of them powered on and within range? Your phone may be directing audio input & output to your Bluetooth device.
