Speakerphone Issue

Hello - I just installed GrooVe IP on my Samsung Prevail 820 and I cannot get the sound to go to the earphone; the speakerphone is always active even after trying the speaker toggle. Any ideas on how to route the sound to the earphone ant turn off the speakerphone? Thanks, Mark

Hi - Welcome to AC. Try looking under the bluetooth pairing settings for you headset - there are options there for what gets sent to the BT Device.
