Speakerphone issue.

I cannot always replicate the problem but my phone which is an S8 plus as well as my girlfriend's S8 both have an issue frequently. The issue is when I'm using speaker phone it sounds very muddled to the other party. As if I were holding my finger over the microphone, however I'm not. Switching the speaker phone off and using a Bluetooth headset or just the handset not on speakerphone will remedy the muddled sound problem. Does anyone know of a fix for this? It does not always happen while on speakerphone. It's difficult to replicate. Probably happens 75% of the time.

I would say you might have a bad unit... I don't know where you're from but here where I am at when I have issues with anything Samsung I bring it to Best Buy and their Samsung rep helps me with my issues
