Speakers don't work on first call but do on second

Hi All,

On my S9, recently I have noticed that when I make or receive a phone call, none of the phone speakers work (in-ear or loudspeaker) however when I make/receive a second call straight after it all works again.

Anyone experienced the same and know a fix?
