Speech To Text & Email Native App on Evo?!?

Just saw something about speech to text and email on the EVO and now am even more excited since it will be a big help while driving, anyone know if its a native app to the EVO (not like the cheap market add on that doesn't work on the Moment) -

Cracks me up when people talk about safety while driving. Like cell phones are more distracting than a 3 year old child, another accident on the side of the road, billboards with suggestive images, or .... (sure you can add to this list)
