Speed test note 8 vs iPhone 7 plus

My best guess is the iPhone 7 wins. Because it's still an SD 835 vs the A10.

Actually it was pretty neck and neck. Alot of apps opened faster on the Note 8, but alot of processing of videos, iPhone did better.

I think the take away is that Everything apple pro said over and over how much faster the note 8 is over the S8/S8+

speed test are so pointless. all flagships are fast. the Note 8 can open two apps at once in split screen. can an iPhone that? nope and the Winner is Note 8!

;)These are my favorite videos because that is how I use my phone on a daily bases. I don't actually do anything other than click every app I have installed over and over again and time it....;) lol

Those 6 GB of RAM really helped the note compared to the S8. Good to see improvements, I wish it was running stock Android to really see a good showdown.

If it was running stock Android with these specs it would just be called a OnePlus 5. Lol

I agree. More memory helps with multitasking and multiple apps. Too bad rumors have the pixel 2s to have "only" 4gb ram. But being stock probably is sufficient

Er... no. lol, the SoC and RAM are the same, but almost everything else is very different. OnePlus 5 is a midrange device with a flagship level SoC, the Note 8 is a flagship with almost nothing midrange about her.

I'm inclined to agree. I say, as long as the phone can transition from one app to another in a smooth manner, it's fine.
