Speeds In 3g areas

Just wondering what speeds everyone is getting in 3g areas? Better or the same as regular 3g andriod devices on Verizon?

I'm consistently getting ~1.20 down and 1.0 UP...I've hit 2.00 down a couple times.

On AT&T I got 2-3 down and 1.28 up, so not as fast but Verizon has so much better call quality it's all great for me.

Now bring on 4G...supposed to get it in my area any day

yeah i am getting better 3g speeds than my incredible did.

~1.25mb down

Where i would only get 500k -1mb down before on my inc

Not bad. I get about 700kbps down & 300-400kbps upload with my mifi 2200 on verizon, hoping this thunderbolt will do better than that when I get it. No LTE yet where i live.

I "think" that download speeds are a tad better with this phone than with my Dinc, but I also believe that speeds are appearing better because the TB is rendering the screen so much faster than the other droid phones.

Yea this thing is fast on 3G as well compared to other phones. 1.82 down and 0.72 up this morning. Can't wait till I move to a 4G area in a couple months

400 kbps down & 450 up. Couldnt really even stream Netflix with the mobile hotspot

It's normal VZW 3g. Not the fastest in the world but It's almost everywhere and reliable.
