Spelled name in Dialer doesn't bring up default number?

When I type a name into the stock dialer on my bionic, if the contact has a work and mobile number, the dialer will always show the work number. I'd prefer it to show the mobile number, which is set as the default for that contact. I know it lists the other number under the found "2 matches," but I sometimes type in the name, see the person I want show up, and click on them to dial before I realize that it says "work" below the name rather than "mobile." Is there any way to work around this?
