SPO2 sensor on Galaxy S9

Hi.

I just bought the Galaxy S9 on a Samsung store in Thailand. And noticed the spo2 sensor is not working. I checked with other devices on the store and looks like they also don't have this feature on S-Health.

Any idea why and how to enable it?
