WOW....my band on the sport version just actually broke. It didn't just come off but the part with the screws in it broke off. I have only had mine since 11/19. I called Samsung to see if they would just replace the band and they told me any physical damage to the watch voids the warranty. I can send it in for repair at MY cost! SERIOUSLY?????? It's just one piece of the watch band and all I want is a replacement free which is $50 to them....pennies. Unbelievable poor customer service experience. Especially since I own Samsung phone, tablet, 2 wearables.
