make sure you have the MD4 update.

There have been two versions of 4.1.2 rolled out from Sprint. The most recent (MD4) has multi-window, and is still in the process of being rolled out.

I'm in the same boat man.... I got 4.1.2 and don't have it either.

It takes a while, like a few weeks for everyone to get it. You should be seeing it soon. Give it about seven to ten more days, and if you haven't seen anything yet, some here might be willing to help you force update it.

Sprint Galaxy S3 : For my Sprint phone, I hadn't received the update either yesterday, and after an internet search I found a way to make it happen. This is for a non rooted phone. It did cause me some issues after I did this method (couldn't update apps), but I removed my google account under settings/accounts and then added it back in and it works great. I have the update now.
I went into settings>apps manager and scroll over to all>go down to Google Services framework and clear the data. Once I did that and backed out and went to settings>system updated>Update Samsung Software it took immediately. :) You want to make sure to have 50% charge or more on battery or be connected to your charger. Follow this at your own risk, but mine worked with the small hiccup mentioned at the beginning of the post.
Good luck!

Hit the "menu" > "settings" > scroll all the way down to "About device" scroll to "Baseband version" and "Build number", they should both end in MD4. If not, you don't have the latest version.

Ends in MB1 so obviously not.

The above mentioned steps I have successfully done them before on my wife's S3 going from 4.0.4 to 4.1.1 but now on my phone it didn't work for the MD4...

Update.
I just got home and connected to my WiFi. Without doing anything, an "update available" just popped up!

If you don't want to wait for the OTA to get to you, simply go to the "how to" thread in this forum and you can update to MD4 manually.

I was just thinking the same thing a friend of mine has it and it contains other features is that right?

Page buddy has been added and an app called "papet artist" has been added in the update. Unfortunately the Notification Panel modification feature wasn't made part of the update. This allowed adding and removing items in the Notification Panel. Maybe it will come in a later update.

I was really hoping we'd get that in this update...

For those who don't know where to find their version. Settings>About Device.

And for those who've not seen, that is the Multi-window tab on the left.
