Sprint 4G slow? Not a chance.

Took this SS of my Evo using AndroSS. I'm in Bear, DE and all over this area I've seen 4G speeds jump from 3-6 mbps to 6+! Its been awesome. Anyone else notice a major speed increase in the last month or 2?

Yeah, upload speeds have been increased.

He's talking about a month or two. The upload speed increase only went into effect yesterday.

I'm referring to download speeds as mine were at 13mbps in that pic.

I'm in Chicago in a VERY covered area, and my 4g sucks mostly. Its spotty except in a few downtown spots. So increased speed? Definitely not for me.

4g was ~2mbps last time I had access to it.

Here in Santa Fe, New Mexico, we only have one 4G tower. However, the speed has consistently been between 6mb to 9mb since the day it turned on. However, the upload speeds did go from 1mb to 1.5mb in the past week. I also had two tests that were approx. 2mb upload. Which I thought was odd since I read that Sprint upped the max cap to 1.5mb. I hope it stays this way!
