I tried searching for the answer in this forum, and came up with nothing.

I recently upgraded my phone about 2 weeks ago. Ever since I upgraded to the Nexus 4G I haven't been able to access the Digital Lounge. None of the Sprint Techs knows why. Is it just my phone or are all Nexus 4G's not able to access it. I want to change my Caller Tunes, but I can't unless I go into the D.L.
If we can't get in there, is there another way to update my Caller Tunes? Thanks for your time.

I can look on my phone. Where's the digital lounge? Is it preinstalled, a website, an app? I don't think I've even seen it on my phone.

Didn't work for me. Said some code was invalid.

The NS4G also wasn't listed as one of the compatible devices on the first screen either.

Do you care to explain what is the Digital Lounge and what is used for, never heard of it before. Also, are you referring to ringtones when you talk about Caller Tunes?

If you want to change ringtones, adding ringtones and other systems sounds in Android is quite simple, check here for additional info.

It's a section of the Sprint website you can go to to download music, wallpapers, and tones.

The Caller Tunes he's talking about are where I for example, call you and while I am waiting for you to pickup, instead of hearing the typical ringing, I would hear a song play that you have chosen through the Digital Lounge.

I think Verizon was the first to start this years ago and to the best of my knowledge all of these features were intended primarily for dumbphones at the time. I did see the Hero and another Android device on the main page though.

Thanks for the info, never used this service.

It is not support since it is a sprint service. Sprint/Google want you to think of the Nexus as a Google experience with Sprint as the provider.

Thanks for the info guys. Guess i'll have to switch back and forth from my Nexus and my Pre if I want to update my CallerTunes.
