Sprint Galaxy Note 2 - Sound problem

My phone only vibrates even when I have the sounds on. I restarted the phone and it makes the start-up sounds but once everything loads up it goes back to silent. Even the games are silent.

I just had same issue today. I downloaded zedge and all my notifications sounds were gone or just vibrated. I deleted zedge and reinstalled all notification sounds and no problems so far. Try uninstalling any 3rd party notifications and reinstall them.
