Sprint Galaxy Note 3 Single Band LTE Only!

I totally agree that certain things are speculation, but not everything there is only one thing to speculate about. The R4 variant doesn't have BC10 which is for CDMA 800 while the P variant does support BC10 and no one else on the planet uses BC10. That's a fact. Furthermore, R4 is US Cellular and/or C Spire, because they always use R. No speculation here.
As for what's left to speculate about, the P could be an engineering sample as has been posted by garwynn on XDA, but that's really all there is to speculate about. R4 does not belong to sprint, while P uses Sprint's BC10 band, which has never been used by any other company in the world.

I see where you're coming from now. I was bit confused when you said 900P earlier, thinking you were referencing some band instead of model, lol.

Jonah O.: Thank you for your patience.

If we offer it in the future, you will find product details and pricing information on sprint.com and promotional information in our retail stores. Sprint has many great phones with a variety of features to meet your needs. Visit sprint.com/phones to preview our device line up and shop for one that?s right for you.
Jonah O.: There are rumors that it will be a triband phone but it has not declared officially.
Jonah O.: As this phone has still not been launched by Sprint, I will not be able to comment upon the features of this phone.
You: But as a Sprint employee can you tell if it is triband?
Jonah O.: As this phone has still not been launched by Sprint, I will not be able to comment upon the features of this phone.
You: isnt there anything in your system that tells you if it will have that capability?
Jonah O.: I am sorry no information is uploaded in the system before a device is launched.

That's from online chat....so maybe there's still a 1% chance.

I have been getting very spotty coverage with Sprint these past several months, and the only thing that was keeping me from switching to another carrier was the possibility that the Note 3 would be a tri-band capable device.

Sprint BLEW IT! That company has the most unmotivated leadership I have ever seen. What are those corporate big shots doing over there? Playing ping pong all day?

Who's going to pay Sprint $350 for a device that's stuck with old lte technology? I went ahead and pre-ordered the Note 3 from T-mobile.

But the whole point is Sprint's Note 3 will only be single band LTE. And they say it will "supposedly" be up? When is everyone going to wake up and realize that Sprint has "supposedly" been putting LTE everywhere soon?

My area was "supposed" to get LTE last year. Lies. Done.

Oh, and Sprint is pretty much the equivalent of an abusive spouse. They always tell you everything will always be better, then never happens. If you're dumb enough to keep drinking the Kool-Aid, then more power to you. Everyone else is done with this dog and pony show called "Sprint."
