And I cleared my ram, and the brightness is all the way down, any solutions?

Not to get technical, but are you saying you only have 4 minutes of battery left? Because what the picture is saying is that you have been "on" your battery for 4 minutes and you have 90 percent of your battery left. So in this scenario, if you are losing 10 percent of battery in 4 minutes, you would have 4 minutes times 9 = 36 minutes plus the 4 you already have which would mean your battery from full charge would drop to 0 percent in 40 minutes. Granted, losing 10% of your battery in 4 minutes is a bad thing.

So now I ask, does your phone get really warm during this time? If it does than that most likely means your cell radio can't lock on to a cell signal and it might be a Sprint tower that is down in your area or maybe when it updated it changed your setting from CDMA to LTE / CDMA and not having LTE in your area (or the LTE side being down) could be the culprit.

Go into > menu > settings > more settings > mobile network > network mode and see if you have LTE / CDMA checked - if so change it to CDMA than exit out reboot and check the battery from a full charge again - if that helped, then it is the LTE network in your area that is either being worked on or is down - because if your radio is hunting for a signal, it can easily take a battery down from full charge to 0 in an hour or less.

Hey there...Thank you for your willingness to share...How do you turn "stuff" off??

Thanks -
