Sprint htc EVO event live????

thats horrible video. im way disappointed with that. unless thats the front facing camera

I just came across this video on youtube... A little appetizer for people to get warmed up.
YouTube - Recorded via QIK video with the HTC EVO

I'm a Palm Pre owner, and a precentral.net frequent. I'll be joining the androidcentral.com community once I have an Evo in my hands!
Description under the video says:
" Someone recorded this video at an event in PA for the Sprint HTC EVO."
My understanding is that someone recorded prep. for the event it does not mean it was recorded with EVO.

Simultaneous voice and data capability in 4G and Wi-Fi coverage areas, enabling Web surfing and more while the conversation continues.

Yes, but $10 extra for 4G. Does that mean you can use the phone without 4G? My area doesn't have 4G yet. I think this was a dumb move on Sprint's part. They should have just included it in the everything data plan.

Yes you can use it in non-4G areas. It is a 3G/4G phone. If you don't have 4G in your area, no need to pay the $10. Even if you do have 4G in your area, if you don't want to pay or don't care to have 4G, save you're money.

Mmmm...I could have been wrong Complex. I thought this said you could ad-on...

"...Everything Data plans start at $69.99 per month. A $10 per month Premium Data add-on will apply allowing customers to take advantage of a richer data experience than ever before."

Yea, I read that too...I think I will be contacting Sprint. Because if I don't have 4G, I think it is BS to have to pay extra for a service I can't use. It better be an add on.

Also, I am on a family plan, how will this work? Questions that must be answered.
