Yeah, they come up with specials some times. I got mine for $80, now it's $50.

You can change plans without altering your contract. It says so in the FAQ for the new plans .

With the 100 dollar trade in deal, I basically ended up paying 29.99 plus tax for my HTC One. I love Costco.

OK ah heck no. My bill would increase from 289 to 310 before taxes and etc. NOT WORTH IT!!! Ok, I feel better now....
