Sprint.....Killem' with Kindness

Well, I got my Galaxy Nexus today with no problem from the Sprint store, and I couldn't be happier.

I want you to understand that in my case of getting my phone replaced with a different device may not apply to you. My issue(s) with the ET4G go back about 4 months ago when I purchased the device and the ICS update crippled it even more (my last day with my ET4G the screen was turning on all by itself).

So if you feel the need to vent to Sprint, feel free to do what I did, but keep in mind your results might not be the same as mine and to be nice! The person you will be talking to is very very very nice! I can't express to you how nice she is...she is not like the dumb@ss support techs, so O:-)PLEASE BE NICE TO HER!!!O:-)

Before you contact her, write down on a piece of paper exactly what problems you are experiencing so you can make sure she will have everything she needs to address your problems.
