Open the tray. Long press a clip and it brings up the red x. Just tap the ones you'd like to delete

Oh yeah! I'm loving it a lot. Best choice I could have made. Plus I get a small discount off the data plan through my employer, so that is the reason why I chose Sprint.

How do you open the clip tray?

Long press in a text area and you'll be given a few options. One will be Clip Tray. Select to open it. From there you can long press the different "clips" to delete them.
