Sprint LG G4 Marshmallow incoming

Well from what I'm reading it just makes your phone bad. Crappy battery, boot loop. No thanks

Anyone that just can't wait for Sprint to ramp up the roll out can flash ZV9 at any time. There are people over on XDA who have been running it for a few weeks. There's a thread for it in the forum.

the point is... this thread is about.... sprint OTA for MM. yet ZERO people in four days have received it. very odd...

sure. then never upgrade your software, apps, or handset until it breaks

I actually have several apps I refuse to update due to reviews pointing to problems with it, or changes I don't like. Nothing wrong with holding off on anything until you make sure you're willing to update by your choice and not having it forced on you with no way to roll back.

Yeah, I'm disappointed in LG... It wasn't long ago that LG announced that they were going to be the first to release MM to non-nexus phones. So, wow...does a handful of EU countries make that a legitimate claim? I think not. c'mon LG get it together!

Well, LG, after an initial hiccup, did get it rolling out to the 815s. At this point, it's in the hands of the carriers.

Blame the carriers not LG. They have had the update for quite some time.

That being said I would love for a manufacturer to finally stand up to a carrier and just say "no" to carrier customization. Apple does it. These manufacturers don't see that it hurts their brand when stuff like this arises.

I just got a pop-up notice that the update is available but I'm going to wait until I'm home tonight and connected to my Wi-Fi to download/install it.

I'm on Verizon but I am still curious how the battery is on mm. If you could let us know if it better or worse.
