Sprint LS990ZV6 won't install

I am having a problem INSTALLING the update. My phone keeps downloading it but after I select install and it reboots (after looking like it installed) I am still at the ZV4 version ( KVT49L . LS990ZV4 ) , not the new ZV6...

I am rooted (one click stump root). Stock everything else (ROM, Kernel). Very slight modifications to the phone (increased volume, changed boot animation and added some dual screen apps).

Any tips? Is the rooting of the phone the problem?

Try unrooting and then reinstalling the root. Root might be the problem.

Yea I'm having the same problem but I don't think I wanna unroot yet.
