My phone (M8) on occation does the notorious "cannot connect to...."....
What's even worst, as the OP posted, it once got stuck on LTE and I was not able to receive/make calls, nor I was receiving text messages.
My family was trying to get a hold of me, but my phone never switched to CDMA.
I finally realized that they were trying to reach me as I received an email.... Then, after 3 hours I realized what was happening, and I had to reboot the phone, re-update profile, etc, etc....
I am surprised that Sprint did not get a class-action lawsuit yet. I mean I now their network is being worked on, but when it comes to the simple task of making or receiving a phone call, that is just not acceptable in my opinion....
