Sprint NOTE 3 Cracking audio & Sprint's Response

I just got a brand new one and now noticed this problem, I took it back and the repair store told me they turned the volume down and it went away. Well, it did, but I wear hearing aids and told them I would be back with it because that was not going to work for me. I'll try it for a little while & see what happens.

I have T Mobile with a SGN3. I get a buzz and crackle during a call when the person I'm speaking to is talking. It is happening now but it did stop for a few months before. I think I purchased it in May and it was doing it then but only a couple of calls.
