Ugh. I never had the Kernal run so high on a daily basis.

Note the battery % and the time on. I am using a 7500 extended battery and barely getting 12-14 hrs on battery and 5-6 on screen.

I'm seeing anywhere from 12-18%, don't really know what it was running on JB, but my usage patterns are very consistent, and I haven't noticed any real difference in overall battery life at all, I plug in between 11-11:30 every night, and it's always within 2-3% night to night, and has been since I got it in early November.

It's has been working here.. Try going into application manager,, cleared cache,, force stop,, and see if that works.

Multiview is all messed up now. I answer text messages while watching youtube in Multiview but now i can't. If i have the messaging app on the left side and YouTube on the right, whenever i hit a letter thats on the right side of the keyboard it'll switch to the YouTube screen and won't let me write the message. This sucks because i use Multiview alot.

The new Ok Google feature only works if I am on the Google Now page after Kit Kat update. Also s view keeps quitting.
Sprint Galaxy Note 3. My device is faster and battery is much better. Still looking for answers to my problems. Have been searching everywhere and no solution yet. Thanks

The hi galaxy feature does not work from sleep mode. We have to go to s voice app and tell it what to do. Liked it the other way. Battery drain is fast since update for both of our Sprint GN3 phones. I don't like to do a factory reset but seems that is the "fix" instructions we get for everything. I really wish I had not updated yet.

ETA: I got the Hi Galaxy feature back by following the advice posted in this thread or another. Went to app and unchecked wake up command, turned off voice wake up, rebooted then turned both back on. Works as it did before.

Hi, I've update a few days ago.. and the BIG Thing is that it is no longer possible to open the whatsapp window function pen. In fact I read that other people say that the service improved, but do not know how because in my case I have less options than before.

I have a no rooted device... anyone can help me to get the whatssapp again to the p-window feature?

The Kernel (Android OS) on my Note 3 is always floating around 6-15%. Only one time did I see it hit 24% only to see it drop back down to single digits about an hour later.

I'm late to this party. I've a Note 3 and a Samsung user for a few years. Because of past experience, I refuse to install updates until it's been a bit to see what problems exist by users fat more adept than i resolve the problems.
It's been two months and I'm here reading about battery life and other issues. From what I've read here it seems almost half say it's better and others say it's worse. Help please - thoughts. Have a good day.
