Sprint Note 4 stuck in Ultra Power Saving Mode

Hello,

My phone is stuck in UPSM. I can only access Messages, Google and Settings. Settings is VERY limited. I have been on the phone with Samsung. I have cleared Cache, I have gone in to safe mode, I have attempted to download from computer but the USB is not accessible except for charging.

I have all my photos on the phone and no I didn't back up!

I am being told that factory reset is the only way!

I am hoping someone here might be able to help.

Sorry of this is a stupid question....but, method are you using to disable it? Like my Note 5, it has a clickable "More" button on the top right while in UPS Mode,,,if you click that, and touch Turn off.....this does not work?

I understand your feeling. I faced it twice.. The idea is to trigger the Launcher Picker again by installing/removing current launcher. So you should do adb install/remove the launcher (not the system one) and the system will ask for picking another one. Here is my note. Hope it helps
