Sprint Note 5 Open World, int'l data not on

Hello,

We are in Mexico and just learned about Sprint Open World. So we called Sprint and the CS rep activated on my plan for Note 5 and 4 devices.

Now my wife's Note 4 can enable International Data Roaming and Internet is accessible on the road, but my Note 5, that option is grayed out, so you can't toggle it ON. I can toggle International Voice. I have International Data Roaming Guard turned off already.

Is this a Note 5 issue from Samsung as the rep told me?

I hope this Open world service is as free as they say, up to 1 Gb data and free voice / text in the Americas.
