sprint note 8 messaging issues

I am having trouble sending and recieving sms and mms messages. sometimes I get the messages no problem and other times I get nothing and it is the same for sending or receiving. any ideas?

Did you come from an Apple phone

no I came from a note 5

did you try the usual? clear external cache, reboot, etc.? it can also be due to too many things being disabled like with BK Package Disabler.

Sprint has been having trouble with this. I have had to report it twice since having my note

My Sprint Note 8 has been sending and receiving texts and MMS just fine. Odd.

I get double messages sometimes. I also keep getting the “Messenger's features have been enabled” message.

yea I did all the usual things but I still miss messages. I would love it if my almost $1000 phone could atleast send and receive all of my messages
