Sprint Pre Order Thread

Finally got it and I love it so far! I do miss my spen, but I have a tab s6 so I'll be okay without. This screen is amazing and the camera needs some work. I'll give it a few days before deciding if I want to return or not.
 
Had mine since Monday. So far i like it a lot. Still getting everything setup. This is definitely the biggest phone I hqve ever had, coming from the s10+. I was never a note fan.

The note line is dead. I've had the note 3,4,5,explosive note 7 and then returned that explosive phone again. Ended with a galaxy s7 phone. Avoided the curved galaxy s7 edge.note 8 and then note 9. I was impatient and galaxy s10 5g. Now the ultra I went with and didn't consider the note 10. The note 10 is done after the ultra. 6.9 screen with a center punch hole thats not noticeable
 
Until they migrate the pen over or completely get rid of it the note line won't be over.

Has anyone had their Ultra's shipped yet? I pre-ordered mine on 3/1 and there is no shipping label or anything yet. I had to call Sprint yesterday for something and the rep stated that it was back ordered. My shipping date is from 3/6-3/13 now.
 
Tons of sprint users starting recieving their ultras on Monday. I will say 3/1 is kind of late compare to others. You'll probably get it next week.

If you have trouble claiming your credit on the shop Samsung app as in if it tells you your device is not eligible like mine did you have to uninstall the shop Samsung app and then reinstall and then it will work. $200 credit claimed yesterday

Also - make sure when you upload your receipt/Email conformation - make sure the date the order was processed is shown, or they will deny the claim. I had to do the whole uninstall/reinstall and send a different email with the order date. It went through for me today - no issues.
 
Yup... They didn't accept my order confirmation email that also included the tracking number etc. I had to send them a picture of my packaging slip. That got approved now I'm waiting the 4-6 weeks along with everyone else.

I know they saying it will be 4-6 weeks. But it'll be nice if they just release it on March 20, which is 2 weeks after the release date.
 
Just got my approval for the $150.00 USD credit for the S20+ through the Shop Samsung app. Ordered the Galaxy Buds and they are on their way.
Also got the e-mail showing the same thing.
So check the Shop Samsung app and/or your e-mail. Should start rolling in.
