Sprint S20 Ultra pre-order not eligible?

I checked the Shop Samsung site for the $200 credit, and I scanned the IMEI on the box. It came back that I was NOT eligible.... Anyone having the same issue?

Try to copy and paste it from your phone. That's what I did and it worked. I'm on T-Mobile though.

Another "Sprint"er here. I used the barcode scan option and it says I am not eligible either.
Hopefully it's a glitch and it can be fixed.

I looked on a few other forums. One person recommends uninstall the Shop Samsung app that came with your phone, and then download it from the Google Play Store. It worked for me!

I'm on Verizon I've tried all of work arounds and nothing worked. I called Samsung and they said I'd have to have mine manually put in and I have to wait 3-5 business days for someone to review the request then if I'm eligible they will email me a link to follow for my offer. So sounds like I'm getting screwed out of my offer.
