Sprint S4 screen goes HAYWIRE

Got a call today from the owner of my company, and he said 3 times and while we were talking, the screen started going crazy opening apps that he didnt even open. We were talking on the phone, and all of a sudden, about 10 - 15 apps just started to open up. He has already restarted it 2 times, and it keeps happening. Anyone out there ever experience this?

Is he sure the proximity sensor is on in the phone options? If not the screen could be on and his cheek is opening his apps.

Apparantly it just happens at random times. Im gonna compare my S4 settings to his and see if there is anything different. I dont have any of these issues and I have others with S4's and they are ok. Let you know
