this is a combination of:
1- Fancy Widgets for the 2 weather eidget
2- Zooper Pro widget for the clock, date & Battery (custom template)
3- UCCW for the picture/image (4 x 3)
4- Using Nova Laucnher (6 x 4 grid size)
5- Monochrome Nova theme icons from the Market

Wanting to try my hand at UCCW, I cannot figure out why it is telling me that the picture exceeds the max height by width size 16000.. What does that mean?

It means you will have to resize the picture first before loading it. UCCW does not automatically resize the image for you. You will need to get the actual size. For example in my screen capture, I have the image resized to 470 x 336. You can download an app from the play store called "Image Shrink Lite" to help you resize the picture before loading on UCCW. Hope that helps.
 
Took a page from al3azim's homescreens. I liked the idea of using a photo frame rather than the wallpaper, so that way you can see the whole photo and not obscure it with widgets/icons.

What widgets are you running?? I like that!

The weather widgets are Fancy Widgets.
The clock/date/battery is Zooper widget pro
The image/picture is a 4x3 uccw widget with just an image, nothing else
Nova Launcher prime with Mononchrome Nova theme
