Which phone do you have? I can't remember exactly which but I know most of the mentioned Sprint Spark supporting phones required a future update to activate the tri band features.

it's the GS4 mini, It supports Spark.

And yes the phone was updated to turn on Ban 41 and 26

If you haven't already I would talk with Sprint CS and see what they can come up with.

Possible it may need to be re provisioned or refreshed on their end in the system, who knows... New technology, I'm sure there will be bugs..
