I was not able to pre order online. It said I must speak with telesales. Called telesales 4 times to be called back by the same representative 3 times that said the s22 is not available for preorder today. Finally on the 4th try I was able to speak with Jac ( a female) who was able to process my order after 1 hour and 15 minutes. What was your experience?
