If you guys had that feature you would be using it. Down playing it or minimizing it's usefulness just come off as silly or spiteful.

Lol I have Verizon note 4 where I can do it and had t-mobile and AT&T in the past and I use it 0.01% of the time

Closingracer,
To each his own. I have to use it pretty much everyday. Very useful feature to have then not to have.
Especially, when I am driving on the mainland using my gps and having to take or making a phone call.
Or I could be shopping on Amazon(who doesn't) while having a conversation with my wife and directing her or(vise versa) to a specific item we are interested in purchasing. Or looking at and discussing a certain online bills and or even account transactions at the same time. Or I could get a call from a friend to check out a certain website or Facebook post while putting them on speaker to continue our conversation.
With that said... I pretty much eliminated the need to say, ok... I'll have to call you back after I check it out? or having to call back multiple times to confirm or to re-confim anything I can check out while being online.

If I need to do any of that I do it after and call them back .... My phone can do it but no desire to ever do it ...

Not really. The only time I can't do it is when I'm driving, and I do have a separate GPS device in my car that has full voice query capability. While driving I want to have only hands-free Bluetooth access for my phone. To do otherwise is irresponsible.

At my desk or in my easy chair at home I have full WiFi so the capability is of course there while on WiFi. I also have multiple computers and tablets, so there's really no need to try to do it all on a phone.

Your phone, if you still have your note 4? Is able to do svd via Wifi only. Not while your driving on the highway etc. Beside since your on Verizon now, you should almost never be connected to a wifi unless you pay to much per gigabyte (data tiered plan) and are not on an unlimited plan? So it pretty much a moot point for you anyways.

Many good points.
I may be one of the few people who don't use my phone as a phone very often so the situation never comes up.
As they say, Be Together, Not The Same. :)

Err what ? Verizon you can talk and use data without wifi .....the note 4 can do it among other phones .

Sprint spark doesn't allow it but the Verizon note 4 among other phones on Verizon can do talk and data at the same time so you got your info all wrong

I've used it many a time. Whether I'm talking and looking up movie times or driving for places to eat and letting others know in my group (different cars) it's really come in handy. Heck even sending pic mail while talking is nice.

Yeah if I need to do any of that I rather do it after imo ....don't feel like talking on the phone and doing that because imo it's rude to use speaker mode outside and if I'm inside I have my iPad

Ok who says it just has to be inside? I use it while driving and in the house. And I have headsets so I don't have to be on speaker to take advantage of this feature.
