Sprint Z2 Force won't update

I received a notification that an update was available. I let it so it's thing but after several attempts it will not update. I'm not rooted anymore (I had to root for SIM unlock), and my bootloader is even locked. Stock boot.img is installed, but nothing. Any tips?

Hmm, I was going to suggest wiping the cache partition, but apparently Lenovo removed that from the Recovery menu.:-\

I'm wondering, since I've used an ADB command to hide the navbar if that has something to do with it? I know it can be turned off with the one button nav, but I have glitches with Action Launcher.

Are you wondering if the ADB command also hid the wipe cache partition option? I doubt it, since the support sites I looked at didn't show a wipe cache partition option at all in the Recovery Menu.
