Ah that explains why I don't use it. I'm on a business account, so I don't pay my own bill. And I do all my update checks through Settings, though, if you're on a Sense 5 port you won't get any software update notifications anyway.

Yea. None of that matters to me. Just paying my bill and finding out when my upgrade is. Simple things i know, but useful.

Sprint Zone is at best an annoyance, I even rooted my tablet just to get rid of this and other worthless bloatware. I'd select "Pay your bill", the loading icon comes up, stays that way for hours. Same with "Manage your devices" and "Bill Delivery options".

I have no problems whatsoever on my desktop, but this app was worthless.

The best advantage I see on the Sprint Zone is the fact that you can do PRL updates from the app itself, update your profile, has a diagnosis option for your internet connection in case it's too slow, etc. Sometimes when I use the Android settings on Sense to update the profile, it fails, but it never fails when I do it from the app. Just my two cents.
