So I was getting some stuff from Amazon anyway so I went ahead and ordered me an OtterBox case for the LG G2. It should fit the Sprint version.

So is ordering a case for a phone that is not even out yet a little bit overzealous?

What is Sprint's version is different, like Verizon's is?

This one looks to fit all versions except Verizon's due to their extra thickness because of the wireless charging.

We know it's NOT going to have wireless charging and all signs point to it be standard form factor, similar to AT&T's.

If you look at diztronic.com aka tpu cases they have three different versions for the G2! One is for the Verizon, one says AT&T only and the other says for T-Mobile, Sprint and international models. So I assume there must be slight variances.

Yea...booo.... Not sure I'm going to pre-order, don't care about a QuickWindow case, I'm not going to give sprint $200 of my money to sit on for a month. Really disappointed to see it's going to take another 4 weeks to get this phone out. It better be flaw free!!

Well that was enough for me. Couldn't pass that deal up from Best Buy. A brand new LgG2 for essentially $49? Sold.

Now I just have to wait.

Why oh why do I have to wait. Sigh. I'm so impatient. I've already called the best buy 800 # twice, sprint twice and a best buy warehouse in Texas once. No dice.

Btw other carrier users do read this forum. So Sprint unlimited data is kinda irrelevant. Especially considering I just said you better have unlimited.

I guess If you have unlimited with Sprint it's not an issue. But if you're limited you might wanna pass up on this phone.

Could you provide some specifics? The only thing I have heard chewing up data is CarrierIQ. It as bad too, just under 1gb. Ridiculous because AT&T are the ones who put it on there in the first place.

I'm assuming that is what you are talking about.
