Took awhile for them to activate the phone, but I got it! What an awesome phone! Huge upgrade coming from the htc one v
Same here. I called first thing this morning and she told me that it was being processed so she couldn't switch it to in store pickup. She did say that it should ship out today and that I would get it on Monday or Tuesday with expedited shipping. I would rather wait a little for the phone and get the $50 gift card versus getting it a couple days early, but it's weird that some people have been able to switch when I was told I couldn't.
Weren't we supposed to get that stupid case thing for preordering, too? That thing is nowhere in sight.

Whew, looks like I changed my order just in time, and got the right person on the phone this morning too! Got the email, ready for pickup!
I really regret my decision to order from bestbuy.com. I called again with out any luck. It will be shipped soon with estimated time from 15-18th. I know it isn't the end of the world, but I also paid for it as well.
I don't blame you at all. I was feeling bummed about the whole thing until I got it switched this morning. Going forward, I plan to use only in-store pre-orders.

I hope not. I was assured by Wednesday, coming from Best Buy online. Really stupid that they wouldn't let me switch to in-store even after calling 3 times! How did other people get them to switch? Even the store Rep called and they told her it was too late. No comprend? at all!

I was assured "by Wednesday" and my tracking email says Tuesday. No special shipping...
