Stable ROM/Firmware for S3?

Hey guys,
My S3 is currently on 4.3 official, and it is HORRIBLE. RAM usage is 90%, even in safe mode and battery life is non-existent.
I am selling this phone, but I want to make sure my buyer doesn't get this crappy firmware.
I am looking for a ROM or official firmware that is mainly:
Stable(all functions work) and has good battery life.
I don't care about performance.
Any help would be appreciated.
