Start up is cycling, rooted

My thunderbolt is cycling in the start up. i think i did something stupid. The phone is rooted, i had thunderstick rom 1.10 rom installed. i was playing around in Rom Manager and tried to install blue over scroll. Now, it is just doing the opening thunderbolt sound and screen images and repeats. How do i recover?

Turn the phone off or pull the battery whatever you need to do. Then hold the vol up and power at the same time and go in to recovery to flash your back up if you made one. If not just reflash the rom from the sd card.
