Static from headhone jack when charging phone

Anyone else have an issue of static from the headphone jack when in the car listening to music while charging phone? I've tried multiple cables and chargers and when plugged in the phone gives off static when I'm listening to Spotify iheart etc. The second I unplug charger it goes clear again. The only other thing I can think is it's my cars 12v power port having issues. I haven't tried it on another vehicle yet.

Wow I had no idea these existed as I usually always used Bluetooth before this car. I guess ya can lean something new everyday. Thanks a million!
