Okay, so I just want to check if this is normal. If someone could confirm this, I would appreciate it.

-Whenever a sound (any sound) is played on HTC 10, I hear a slight little static noise for 3-4 seconds, and then it disappears. It happens when I use any headphones.

The best way to check this is to go to settings --> Sound & notification --> Notification sound.
Play one of these sounds.
After the sound ends, you should hear a very slight static noise that disappears after 3-4 seconds.

I tried this ^^ with all kinds of regular in-ear headphones (HTC Hi-Res headphones that I got with the phone, Sennheiser CX400 etc.)
Though I haven˙t tried with some studio quality headphones because I don`t have them.

Also the issue is present in youtube videos. When I pause the video, I hear the static noise for 3-4 seconds. Same thing with music and games.
I am very satisfied with this phone, but this is somewhat unnaceptable for a phone which main focus is good audio.

I get the static noise regardless of that setting. On,Off, it doesn`t matter to my phones amp lol.
I have it enabled, along with a personal audio profile

I had that issue before my left audio output began crackling like pop rocks. Got a warranty replacement after a lot of hassle. Had to escalate it to management.

Did you at least get a new phone or a refurbished one ?

Maybe there is some way to fix this static noise, reduce the amp or something.

Somebody knows more ??

Fixed, it was a custom kernel problem. Reverted back to an older version of that kernel, no more static noise whatsoever.
HTC 10 is still a great sounding phone. :)

This is why helping issues is so hard.... People install things and never mention it when talking about their problems...
