Status of Premier Customer 06-21 Online orders?

Just wondering what the status is of peoples orders is when they try to track it online. Does anyone's show as shipped yet. My current status says.

Your order is awaiting processing at the warehouse. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. If you have questions, please call 866-789-8292 between 8:00 a.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday or 9:00 a.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays and Sundays.
 
I read that orders placed by 4pm usually ship that day. I would guess that folks need to check around that time.

Bear in mind I dont know if thats EST or CT
 
Mine says the same as you. Last night it was saying that additional verification was needed and to call after 8am EST to expedite it. So I called at exactly 8 and now its being processed at the warehouse.

ya I did the same thing but I called around 8:30 EST
 
My order shows "in progress". Then again, my last 4 orders that I have long since received all still show "in progress" :confused:
 
Hoping they ship out today. It has taken all of my self control to stop me from hurling my samsung moment at a brick wall.

I sold my EVO the other day and have been using a Motorola i1 on Nextel until I get my shiny new EVO, I feel your pain man. I will say though that compared to the EVO, the i1 has fantastic call quality and signal strength by being on iDEN :)

hahaha. i feel the same way with my POS instinct i have. stuck with it for way too long and just want to be rid of it now. smash it, melt it, shoot it up. however it takes to get it out of my life. i just waited for a good enough phone to come along.

Yup.. I have been eligible for an upgrade since october. I figured I would wait a while since the best phone out was the EVO, and it had been out for about 4 months. Once I got news of this, I forced myself to hold out. Its been a painful few months, but hopfully worth it.
 
It would blow majorly if we (premier members) end up with the phone after the 24th due to shipping :( also hoping that they ship same day
 
I caved, I preordered at Best Buy but if I can get it early I'm all for it. Plus I'll use the gift card on screen protectors and a case. Just ordered at 1:45p.m. Status is in process. If I don't get it early then whats the point of being a premier member. If I find I'll get it Friday I'll just cancel and get it a BB.

Crossing fingers.... I would love to get it tomorrow as I'm off and have time to play.

I ordered mine at 11:30 PM central, still pressing refresh every 5 minutes.

I don't know why or how I get so worked up about these things. It's borderline manic.

yap but I dumped my Palm Pre back in January of last year and got a Hero and never looked back. Webos was great but hardware just sucks.

If they do ship today they probably won't go out until the wee hours of the morning. That's just how it works.

You're talking about potentially tens of thousands of orders; they're not going to pull one at a time, slap a label on it, and send it on it's merry way.

former lurker, just registered so i can finally contribute. i ordered last night at 11:30pm chicago time, still waiting on shipment.
 
If the phone doesn't come over night (tomorrow delivery) then It doesn't matter to me when it is delivered. I have a work trip on Thursday through the weekend so hopefully I will have it when I return...BUT I would like to receive it tomorrow so I can play with it all weekend...
 
does anyone have any experience with ordering phones from sprint to provide an educated guess of where the "warehouse" might be located? might give us a better idea of who would receive it the day after, as opposed to 2 or 3 days after the phones ship.

I just checked my last order I made with Sprint which was back in April when I got our daughter a phone and we received it the next day around 1142am. The tracking number was emailed to us at 632pm all CST.
