Step by step help please

I need help going from reborn rom to a gingerbread rom I was thinking grom but not sure yet.
What I would like to know is do I need to go back to stock rom to update to a gingerbread rom if so what are the steps do I need to take. (please only give links that are not so confusing or please give it to me in a nutshell so I will understand the link better)
I have searched but am confused about the process of doing so.

If Gingerbread is what you seek, why not try thekraven's CM7? If you're ROM hopping, it's worth a go and you can do it without having to change the radio/baseband.

No need to revert to stock when upgrading to ZVH,
