Stereo input

Hi. I want to make movies on my Nexus 5X of me playing keyboards, and run the audio from the keyboards or a mixing board right into the phone headphone/mic jack. Can I do this? Do I need special cabling?

since android 5.0 is there you can use your usb port for sound input, so try to get convertors from the output of your keyboard(usb or 3.5 jack) to usb Type-C.
I guess it'll probably work, I'm not sure.
