Are you talking about the option to stay on while looking at the device? I just did a test and it looks like it's not working. Wasn't something I noticed before.

If you mean L's Ambient display, I don't use that. I use Moto Display which still works great.

Yes.

Returned mine because of a few things. The primary reason was that the battery was not very good. Another was because of the assortment of accessories like cases. You really do not have much of a choice. The phone is really a recent phone. However, with the Droid Turbo and the Nexus 6, the Moto X got shoved into the corner and never got a chance to reach its full potential.

If I can get to 8:30 with 28% left I'll Be perfectly fine with that.
10:41 PM and I still have 20%. I had the Nexus 6 for a week, and anecdotally, the battery life didn't seem noticeably better, if at all. Just in case, I picked up the turbo charged and also got an external battery pack from Monoprice for about $18. Everything else has worked well and I'm likomg it better than the N6.

My battery is fine. I'm a heavy user and my Moto X gets me thru the day which is from 8am to 10pm. I recharge at night as I would have to work my HTC One M8 or my galaxy S4 so I really don't get these battery complaints.
