I posted about this a few months ago, but it's still an intermittent issue.
Basically, anywhere away from work/home wi-fi I'll get swarms of "there's a wi-fi near you, log in" type pop ups. The first one covers the entire screen, with a disable button. A few after that pop up on the top. I than get a mix of both. It's literally ever 10-15 seconds.
The last time I posted someone suggested disabling these notifications (which I had already done, but cycled it off, than on). Unfortunately it looks like a seriously annoying bug. The only way I can stop them is to disable wi-fi.
Any other suggestions, aside from reverting all the settings to factory, or a full re-format?
