Still no details for Canadians?

Been over 2 weeks now since the announcement and former note 7 owners in Canada have yet to get any details about what Samsung is going to offer? All they continue to say since day one is "details very soon" kinda running out of time here samsung!

I'm not surprised at all by the delay. I have always found when dealing with Samsung that things can be painfully slow. They'll tell you 72 hours in an email then you won't hear anything for 3 weeks. They always eventually respond but are very slow to do it.

What delay? I pre-ordered from Rogers a week ago and also registered at Samsung for a promised freebies. Last time I checked, I was #138 out of 240 on pre-order list.

Not talking about that promo. That promo is available for everyone who pre orders. I'm talking about the promotion for the previous note 7 owners, the promotion they announced the same day for the people in the U.S but just keep telling the canadians "very soon"

I have a pre order in as well and signed up for the free stuff promotion, but I'm waiting on the trade in deal for a note 5 I have.

I also had Note 7, but I am aware that discount for us former owners is offered in US only. I asked for and received a decent discount on Note 8 on a new 2 year plan with Rogers. I' ve been their customer for 20 years so this helped.
