That's good news, I ordered in store Monday evening (~4pm Pacific), what part of the country are you in atenza?

I'm in Alabama. Looks like the phone is shipping from Memphis, TN. Maybe location has something to do with it.

I just got off the phone with a CSR and he said he doesnt show mine shipped yet, and that they are getting more and more backed up everyday with orders.

I know last year when I ordered my Blackberry on the phone I never got any shipping notification. I ordered my X on Monday on the phone and the person taking the order said it would be here Friday. We'll see, I've received no notification.

I ordered a X for my boss on our business account on launch day. They Telesales rep told me that Verizon has a warehouse on the west coast and in the east. depending on what state you live in that's where it ships from.

FINALLY!!!!...had to make a special trip to FedEx as there was no one home to sign for it...

NOW...just need to make it home at a decent time after I put in some project time.

Ordered mine around 8pm on Sunday night the 18th and still nothing. I have however called in twice since then about a backup assistant problem and to change something on a second account. Once I mentioned I ordered the X and began to convo with the reps they both offered to check my order status just to be nice I guess. Both assured me mine would ship by the 27th as it said on the website when I placed my order. Both also said they called the warehouse while I was on hold and that it should ship earlier and I should have it by the 27th which would be better than waiting till then to ship.

That was yesterday and the day before I spoke to reps but still got no email about shipment so I am hoping any day now. Very excited

I ordered mine (and hubby ordered one too) on July 21st and the store told us it might take a week or two. This is going to be the longest 2 weeks of my life! But the good thing is that when we ordered at the corporate store, the saleslady that were with us applied the $100 instant rebate right off the bat (for each phone that is)! So that was cool....Anyway, I am a former BB user and have joined the Android community (My very 1st Android phone )

I ordered threw Telesales not a store and just check the shipping notice. Its on the road for delivery. Now to start read tips and trick before it gets here . I was addicted to BB but now its going to be these android forums.

Mine was ordered by a CS supervisor on 7/17 in the afternoon. They are still standing by the 'ship by 7/27' statement. I am disappointed to hear that there are others who ordered after me who are receiving theirs already. Fargle Bargle...

I ordered mine in the store on Monday and they told me it would be shipped on the 27th, and to all 611 on the 27th to get my tracking number, well the doorbell just rang and it was my DX!!!! Unfortunately I'm going into work and can't set it up yet, but tonight is going to be a long night!! Good luck to all those who are still waiting, looks like they are sending out a lot earlier than planned!!

I ordered on Monday the 19th in-store at 10am. I was told by the rep and phone rep that they won't ship until August 3rd. However, I just received an email stating my DroidX will be here by Tuesday the 27th. Too bad I'm out of town till Wednesday ugh.
Hope some of y'alls shipped 'early' too!
